Sharing this week’s Friday Favs arrangement and praying for all my friends affected by the California fires. If you are looking for ways to help, See this link.
hi friends! Happy Friday! how was your week I hope it was great. It was the kids’ first week back to school and when we woke up we were struggling, we were all officially back to normal. We also got a random cold snap and it went from 70 degrees to 30! Eat it
(The roses bloom like crazy in the hot weather.)
The highlight of the week was Liv turning 13. Even I can’t believe it. They say time flies, and it’s true. She’s always been a smart, kind, bright star, and it’s been amazing to watch her grow up. She makes great impressions, is sarcastic and funny, very sweet, kind hearted.
We had a family dinner to celebrate and everyone came, and instead of a big party, she asked for a ride, so we’re going there next week!
A huge cheese board for the occasion;
And my son’s fever is out of control, but the pilot says we’re done lol.
(Our little niece Daisy!)
Some recent adventures:
Indian food feast with saffron
Sabino Canyon Walk
And travel with friends to the desert museum.
It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party! This is where I share some of my favorite finds of the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your favorites too, so please shout out your favorites in the comments section below.

Fitness, Health, Life and Good Foods:
I was wearing a CGM. For the past two weeks and checking my blood sugar has been good. It’s been a little high lately, so I’ve been trying to hack it and call the Nutrensen nutritionist next week to see if they have any suggestions. This can be an incredible and empowering tool! If you’re interested in wearing a CGM (or calling a nutritionist – often covered by insurance) Use this link and GINA50 code.
This lasagna soup looks amazing.
The January Detox starts this Monday, but you can join the fun anytime. If you want to join, my code is FITNESSISTA10.
*I am working on a new program starting in February and I can’t wait to share it with you!! Make sure you’re on my newsletter list to get first dibs.
Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! Have a wonderful weekend and see you soon!
xoxo
