Donald Trump launches a wave of Jotis’s air strikes on Yemen

The United States has launched a “decisive and powerful” wave of air strikes on Huti’s rebels in Yemen, US President Donald Trump said, citing the armed group attacks against shipping in the Red Sea.

“Funded by Iran, Huti’s thugs have fired missiles on American planes and directed our troops and allies,” Trump wrote on his social platform for the truth, adding that it was worth billions of dollars and puts life at risk.

Huti’s Health Ministry said at least nine had been killed and nine injured at strikes.

The group – which began to go to shipping in response to Israel’s invasion of Gaza – told Arab media that it would continue its attacks.

Trump said it had passed more than a year since a US flag ship sailed safely through the Suez Canal – to which the Red Sea was led – and four months since the US warship passed through the body of the water between East Africa and the Arabian Peninsula.

These attacks, he said, “will not be tolerated.”

“We will use enormous deadly force until we achieve our goal.”

Turning directly to Huti, Trump wrote that if they don’t stop, “hell will rain on you like nothing you’ve seen so far.”

Meanwhile, US Secretary of Defense Pete Heges said that Huti, Iran, was “notice”.

The Hutists are supported by an Iranian rebel group that considers Israel its enemy. He has launched numerous attacks on merchant ships traveling through the Red Sea since the beginning of the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.

Initially, the group said they were attacking ships related to Israel or headed for or there. However, many ships have no connection with Israel.

For more than a year, major shipping companies have been forced to stop using the Red Sea – which almost 15% of global marine trade, usually passes – and instead used a much longer route around South Africa.

Trump has called on Iran to end his support for Huti, warning that the United States “will keep you completely responsible and we will not be good for it.”

He also accused the previous White House administration under Joe Biden of being “pathetically weak” and allows the “unbridled Huti” to continue.
