But this is not the only way to produce seasonal delicacies. This chocolate chip cookie dough comes together in minutes with little fuss. No need to burn the stove.

And most importantly, it is full of protein. Cottage cheese is your superpower for enjoying high protein desserts. Although some prefer it separately, its versatility is responsible for its great popularity.

Serves: 4

Resources:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of protein powder
  • ⅔ cup of almond flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the cottage cheese, maple syrup, protein powder, almond flour, and vanilla extract.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Remove the mixture from the processor and place in a bowl.
  4. Pour in the chocolate chips and dig in!
