Jude Bellingham found the net for a fifth successive La Liga game as Real Madrid bounced back from their midweek defeat to beat Girona.
Bellingham, Arda Guler and Kylian Mbappe scored as Los Blancos beat Girona 3-0 at the Estadi Municipal de Montilvi on Saturday.
The 21-year-old England midfielder became the first Real player since Karim Benzema in 2021 to score in five consecutive league games.
Bellingham had not previously found the back of the net this season prior to this recent scoring streak.

Real’s number five opened the scoring in the 36th minute before setting up Guler for his side’s second after the break.
Bellingham then had to be replaced by Dani Ceballos after the knock.
Real added a third when Kylian Mbappe scored his ninth La Liga goal after being picked out by Luka Modric.
The result comes just three days after Madrid slumped to a 2-1 defeat at top-flight Athletic Club and moves Carlo Ancelotti’s side within two points of leaders Barcelona with a game in hand.
Real’s Catalan rivals played out a 2-2 draw against Real Betis earlier in the day. Robert Lewandowski scored his 23rd goal in 21 club games this season, but it was not enough to prevent Barcelona from dropping points for the fourth time in five La Liga games.

Lewandowski found the back of the net in the 39th minute at the Benito Villamarin Stadium, before Giovanni Lo Celso equalized with a 68th-minute penalty after Frankie de Jong was sent off for bringing down former Barca team-mate Vitor Roque.
Ferran Torres restored the visitors’ lead but Betis scored a 94th-minute equalizer courtesy of Asane Diao to secure a 2-2 draw.
Next up for Real is a trip to Atalanta in the Champions League on Tuesday, while Barcelona travel to Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday.
