RECAP: ‘Sister Wives’ Meri Brown Exposes Kody’s Hidden Financial Fraud!
In the episode of January 19 Sister Wives, Mary Brown reveals the inequity in the way his family’s finances were managed and distributed – he exposed the process was not fair.

“All his great thing was then that I had two acres. two acres,” Merishe explains to her friend Jenn Sullivan during the episode. She accuses her ex-husband, Kody Brownof not intending to give an equal share of the family’s Coyote Pass property. “It’s like, ‘Well, you don’t have to because you don’t have that many kids.’
Jenn remember Meri that she contributed equally to the property, located in Flagstaff, Arizona, despite having only one son, Leon, with Cody.
“I don’t know if they don’t remember, like when our funds were all together and those family funds that I helped with went to the children’s college, they went to the property.” Meri he says “It went to everything. We had a family background.”
Jenn add that of Meri money paid for many of the children’s expenses, but Leon’s needs were left out. “That money paid for most of the kids’ colleges, but not Leon’s,” says Jen. Meri confirms: “I paid for Leon’s college,” noting that he also covered it of Leon independent car payment without using the family fund.
“I don’t really know how much of the family fund actually paid for the other kids’ school or cars,” Meri he admits, “but I know that my son’s schooling has not been taken care of by the family fund.”
Unequal financial treatment

“I put a lot into this marriage emotionally, financially, (and) personally,” Meri I conclude. “I didn’t take anything from it in terms of, like food or anything else. And I’m not looking for that. So I think it’s right (that I have) the property investment. I think it’s right that I I’ll at least get away with this.”
Legal Steps and Tensions on Earth
Elsewhere in the episode, Cody meet with a real estate agent to be able to list Coyote Pass without consultation Meri o Janelle Brown. Both women, determined to protect their rights, retain lawyers to ensure a fair division of the property.
Janelle explains the complicated nature of land ownership:
“The way is titled, if we sell it now, Meri would have compensation like an acre and a half of the whole 14. This whole conversation really depends on Kody. It’s the one that’s on all the headlines.”
She also expresses doubts by Kody intentions:
“Are you going to present and divide these in a fair way? What do we do? Because he is very desirable. He says something, then you don’t hear from him forever. Like, I don’t know. There is no reassurance that he will be kind” .
Codyin his confessional, he brushes off his worries, saying: “I only have two ex-wives who were total wrecks who are now still reeling.”
Kody reacts to Christine’s wedding
Later in the episode, Cody share their feelings about not being invited by Christine marriage to David Woolley. “Really, where I am by Christine happy, and that’s great,” he says, but admits to experiencing FOMO.
“Everyone is going to have a fun time. I’m going to be left out of the party, and I have FOMO,” she told the cameras.
Robynpretending to support by Christine new chapter – she adds sarcastically: “We are so happy for them… We just want Christine to be happy. That’s what we want.”
