Accessibility statement / Barrierefreiheit
We want Directly to be usable by everyone and aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA (EN 301 549), in the spirit of the European Accessibility Act and the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG).
What we do
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings and a "skip to content" link.
- All functions work with a keyboard; focus is always visible.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1; layouts reflow to 320 px and support 200 % zoom.
- Status messages (loading, errors) are announced to screen readers.
- The page language and text direction follow the language you choose.
Known limitations
- Product photos come from third-party shops and have no descriptive alternative text; the product title is shown next to each image.
- Share-card images (for social media previews) are not accessible to screen readers.
