1. Service

Directly (Directly) is a free information service. It compares a product you point it to with listings in other shops and estimates landed costs. Directly does not sell products, is not a party to any purchase and does not process payments.

2. No guarantee of identity, price or availability

Matches are based on automatically collected evidence (model numbers, images, specifications) and can be wrong. Prices, shipping, taxes, duties and delivery times are taken from third parties or estimated and may change at any time. Always check the final price, product details, warranty and return policy in the shop before buying.

3. Purchases from abroad

Sellers outside the EU may apply different consumer protection, warranty and product safety rules. Import VAT, duties and customs handling fees may apply. Some products may not meet EU requirements (e.g. CE marking).

4. Links to shops

Buttons that take you to a shop open that shop's own website. Your purchase contract is only with that shop. See also How Directly is free.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use automated tools to query Directly at scale, circumvent rate limits, or submit links to unlawful content. We may block abusive traffic.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

7. Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
